Website color schemes...

The color scheme of your website is truly one of the most important factors in designing a website. You could havea really well laid out website but a horrible color scheme and it would not take long for your visitors to get up and leave your website because of it.

It is important to make sur ethat the right color scheme for your website is chosen. For example, if you were asked to design a website for McDonalds, would you choose purple and bright pink as the main colors of your design? Definitely not.

Instead, you should take time to research the company, organization, or person, to see the types of qualities they represent and the colors that would mesh well with them. Also, if they already have a logo, you should do your best to work around that logo to emphasize the color qualities in that logo to reflect that of your design.

I found another blogger that has gone into extreme detail about this topic, but being it so important I had to post my two cents into the issue... see his priceless information here: http://dustinbrewer.com/finding-inspiration-for-a-color-scheme/#more-105
